DRAINO

Ok before you break out the rubber gloves and head for the bathroom this is not about bad plumbing. It's about bad energy. As Milky and I constantly search for a more peaceful and rewarding life we consistently strive to lift each other and enhance our mind body and soul. It has become crystal clear that we must release those who put a drain in our life. Whether they purposely do it because they don't want to see your growth or whether they are so mired in misery and negativity that they come to drain some of your positive energy just to get back to unhappy. Here is where the real problem arises... What about those in your inner circle? Including family and those who you may be in a relationship with. Here is the bitter pill; you will have to distance yourself or release them from your life. By all means, give them the opportunity to travel the yellow brick road with you but be prepared to go see the wizard without them.

Most of us do not realize that we have toxic relationships that adversely effect so many areas of our lives. I have been released from this curse and I hope the same for guys. That's why Milky keeps me around!
