Reese Witherspoon covers Marie Claire's October issue. Reese was struck by a car earlier this week that was driven by an 84 year old elderly woman. Reese was jogging at the time and sources say she has no plans on pressing charges against the woman. A rep for the actress says "She was not seriously injured and is resting comfortably at home."
